Wireless Research Engineer – Signal Processing Algorithms / OFDM / 5G NR / 3GPP / MIMO

Duration: Initial 12 months (Extension likely)

Location: Paris (on-site required)

A world leading Telecoms company is currently expanding their R&D team in Paris working on advanced Signal processing algorithm development and communications.

We are looking for skilled researchers within Wireless Networks, in particular with experience in MIMO and multiuser detection, OFDM (or FBMC, UFMC, WOLA etc.) waveforms, and a strong mathematical background.

Key Requirements Include:

  • MSc or PhD (Strongly preferred) within Telecommunications, Mathematics or a related field
  • Strong experience in developing Signal Processing Algorithms (experience with non-linear algorithms is a plus)
  • Experience in Waveform development – OFDM, FBMC, UFMC, WOLA etc.
  • Machine Learning knowledge is a plus
  • Background in 5G / 3GPP Standardization is a plus
