3D CAD Engineer – Knowledge / Parametric Design
3D CAD Engineer – Knowledge / Parametric Design
Location: Boulogne Paris
Responsibilities
- Develop parametric design intelligence within next generation 3D CAD applications
- Work on feature modeling, automation and rule based modelling
- Explore low-code and no-code approaches to improve productivity and allow non-expert end users to configure modeling logic
- Collaborate with geometry kernel, UX, CAE applications, PLM infrastructure and cloud engineering team
- Support continuous improvement in coding standards, architecture and industrial software quality
Qualifications
- Master or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics or CAD domain
- Strong knowledge of parametric CAD modelling in industrial context (CATIA Knowledgeware, NX Knowledge Fusion type experience is a strong plus)
- Minimum 5 years experience in CAD platform development
- Strong C++ skills and ideally JavaScript/TypeScript exposure
- Understanding of industrial workflows in automotive or aerospace is a plus
- Autonomy, ownership, strong teamwork and remote collaboration capability
