Account Sales – Key Automotive Tier 1 Customers, Germany

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a business development strategy targeting major global Automotive Tier 1 customers, such as Continental, Vitesco, Schaeffler, etc.
  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities, building a long-term sales pipeline for sustained revenue growth
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key customers to drive collaboration and mutual success
  • Work closely with the sales team in China to maximize design wins on a global scale
  • Set and achieve sales revenue targets, executing plans efficiently and effectively

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in semiconductor sales and marketing
  • Proven track record in selling semiconductors to global Automotive Tier 1 companies
  • Strong customer focus with a professional and responsive approach to inquiries
  • Fluent in both the local language and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for assigned customers or business areas
  • Preferred base location: Munich or Regensburg
