Analogue Design Engineer– Senior Level 

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Analogue Design Engineer to lead the design of transmitter and receiver (Tx/Rx) analogue front-end circuits. The role involves designing, simulating, and validating building blocks for high performance transceivers, ensuring robust integration with digital and RF subsystems. You will be at the core of InCirT’s technology roadmap, contributing to state-of-the-art designs for next-generation communication and sensing systems.

Responsibilities
– Design and develop analog frontend circuits (e.g., LNAs, drivers, filters, bias circuits, mixers, amplifiers,clocking blocks) for high-speed data converters and communication front-ends.
– Develop and validate clocking, bias, and interface circuits supporting high-speed ADC/DAC operation.
– Perform system-level analysis and circuit simulations (AC, noise, transient, Monte Carlo, corner) to ensure robust performance.
– Expertise in floorplanning, matching, shielding, and parasitic minimization.
– Document design specifications, simulation results, and test methodologies.

Your Profile
– M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
– Solid experience in analog/mixed-signal circuit design for transmitters and receivers.
– Strong background in LNAs, VGAs, drivers, mixers, and clocking circuits.
– Proficiency with EDA tools (Cadence Virtuoso/Spectre, ADS, HSPICE, or equivalent).
– Strong knowledge of linearity, noise, distortion, and trade-offs in Tx/Rx frontend circuits.
– Proficiency with Cadence design tools, Spectre, and behavioral modeling (Verilog-A, SystemVerilog-AMS).
– Full-custom analog layout techniques and the ability to take a design and do all the layout extract verification and sign-off.
– Experience with advanced CMOS process nodes.
– Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications
– Senior-Level: 6+ years in related field.
– MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or related field.
