Brand Experience Lead – Design Strategy & Innovation
A leading global technology company is seeking a Brand Experience Team Lead to join its European design research hub focused on creating future-forward brand experiences and communication strategies. This role emphasizes strategic thinking and conceptual innovation over execution, shaping brand identity through research, storytelling, and trend analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Vision
- Define forward-looking brand strategies aligned with long-term business goals.
- Explore trends in identity, digital experiences, and communication to influence brand evolution.
- Develop frameworks for consistent, scalable brand development across regions.
- Identity Systems
- Lead the creation of adaptive corporate identity systems, from visual language to motion design.
- Develop design principles supporting coherent, multi-platform branding.
- Communication & Storytelling
- Generate concepts for next-generation brand storytelling across digital and physical touchpoints.
- Recommend innovative approaches using emerging tech, media, and culture.
- Provide creative direction to HQ-level teams to inspire brand evolution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with brand, design, and marketing teams globally to translate insights into strategy.
- Present vision-driven concepts and research to senior leadership.
- Align branding with product, retail, and digital experiences.
- Market Research & Trends
- Conduct trend analysis on culture, consumer behavior, and design to inform branding direction.
- Benchmark global brands to identify opportunities and ensure market relevance.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Communication, Visual, or Graphic Design.
- 10+ years in brand strategy, identity systems, and international communication design.
- 2+ years leading creative or strategic teams.
- Proficiency with Adobe CC, Figma, motion design, and AI tools.
- Strong conceptual and storytelling skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
- Visionary mindset with ability to balance innovation and business needs.
