Component Engineer 

Core Responsibilities (Aufgaben)

• Support other developers with specialized component knowledge.
• Collaborate with R&D to record component requirements and find suitable components.
• Organize cross-functional working groups and standardize component groups; optimize workflows.
• Handle coordination with applicants in the material introduction process.
• Support the team with the onboarding of a new sub-team in Malaysia, specifically by creating or translating instructions and creating e-Trainings.

Required Qualifications (Qualifikationen)

• Completed university degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Communication skills and negotiation ability with stakeholder groups.
• Independent and organized way of working.
• Technical know-how combined with business acumen.
• German (Negotiation-level) and English (Advanced) language skills.
