Developer Relations
Our client is launching a next-generation AI coding platform that seamlessly combines code generation with intelligent debugging — empowering both engineers and non-technical builders. They’re looking for their first Developer Relations hire to build and grow an engaged community around a product already gaining strong traction in beta.
This is a hybrid work policy, requiring min. 2 days per week onsite in SF, CA after onboarding period and you must have full right to work in the US – visa sponsorship is not available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with early power users and amplify their voices.
- Create educational content: YouTube tutorials, technical walkthroughs, and community updates across Discord and X (Twitter).
- Partner closely with leadership and product teams to channel user feedback into product improvements.
- Drive engagement and foster a vibrant developer community around the platform.
- Shape messaging and positioning for the developer market.
Key Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in DevRel, developer marketing, or community roles — or a strong engineering background with interest in DevRel.
- Strong technical foundation (ideally a former or current developer).
- Proven ability to create educational or technical content.
- Active presence and engagement on X (Twitter) — you live and breathe developer discourse.
- Experience with long-form content (especially YouTube).
- Curious, adaptable communicator who enjoys simplifying complex ideas.
- Willing to be onsite 2–3 days/week post-onboarding.
- Passionate about developer education and helping others learn new tools.
