DevOps & Software Engineer (C++ / CUDA / CI/CD)

Description

We are looking for a DevOps & Software Engineer to develop and operate CI/CD pipelines and contribute to high-performance software development for CPU and GPU-based systems. The role combines DevOps responsibility in cloud-based Linux and Windows environments with hands-on C++ and CUDA development, supporting build, deployment, integration, and verification activities within a small, specialized engineering team.

Non-Negotiable Requirements (Must Have)

Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical discipline

Solid software development experience with C++

Hands-on experience with:

CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and deployment

CMake-based build systems

Git version control and branching strategies

Experience working in Linux and Windows development environments

Familiarity with containerization and artifact management, including:

Virtual Machines

Docker

Conan

Artifactory

Ability to guide and align DevOps workflows across development teams

English and German language proficiency

Willingness to continuously learn and adopt new DevOps tools and practices

Desirable Requirements (Nice to Have)

Experience with NVIDIA CUDA and GPU programming

Experience developing and verifying CUDA kernels and GPU modules

Background in signal processing frameworks

Experience supporting system-level integration and verification testing

Interest in shaping and evolving DevOps processes for new CPU/GPU-based projects

Experience working in regulated or security-sensitive environments
