About the Role

Location: Madrid, Spain

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage end-to-end delivery plans for Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) projects across Europe, closely monitoring progress and proactively identifying and addressing risks or deviations to ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery.

• Lead project kick-off activities, including detailed planning, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies; coordinate effectively with internal teams, partners, and customers to ensure alignment throughout all project phases.

• Evaluate and confirm customer site readiness and implementation prerequisites; take full ownership of on-site execution, deployment management, and schedule control to ensure successful project delivery.

• Oversee on-site implementation activities, respond promptly to customer concerns, and resolve technical, operational, or coordination challenges to drive projects through acceptance and final handover.

• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve project documentation across the full project lifecycle; conduct regular project reviews and lessons-learned sessions to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Robotics, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.

• Demonstrated experience managing international engineering projects, with hands-on delivery experience in AMR, mobile robotics, or automation system implementation strongly preferred.

• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, with proven ability in risk identification, mitigation, and coordination of cross-functional and cross-border resources.

• Strong customer-facing communication skills and on-site coordination capabilities, with the ability to independently manage complex and fast-paced project environments.

• Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, and English (written and spoken), with the ability to use multiple languages as working languages.

• High sense of ownership and execution, with flexibility to travel internationally and work on overseas project sites as required.
