Location: Germany, Netherlands, or Italy (No remote work; frequent travel required)

Position Overview:
Responsible for market insight and strategic planning in the EU power grid and electrical sectors, focusing on developing product roadmaps for solar and energy storage solutions. Key activities include analyzing industry trends, identifying opportunities, and shaping product strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Insight & Analysis:

   • Monitor industry trends, identify challenges and opportunities, and analyze market dynamics and technologies in the power grid and electrical sectors.
   • Produce insight reports and provide strategic recommendations to headquarters.

2. Product & Roadmap Planning:

   • Design new products, features, and roadmaps for solar and energy storage solutions.

3. Marketing Support:

   • Engage with customer experts and participate in key marketing activities.
   • Provide technical expertise to support the sales team.

4. Technical Expertise & Industry Knowledge:

   • Leverage expertise in power systems, energy storage, and energy automation.
   • Stay informed about industry standards, market policies, and the strategies of TSOs/DSOs across Europe.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong market analysis and strategic planning capabilities, including understanding market methodologies and emerging business models.
• Technical expertise in power electronics, energy storage, and renewable energy systems.
• Familiarity with industry trends, policies, and standards in the energy sector.
• Experience interacting with customers and providing high-level technical support.

Additional Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or science.
• Frequent domestic and international travel.
• Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
