EU product management expert of Solar Energy Storage

Position Responsibilities
Responsible for photovoltaic, energy storage market strategy and product portfolio management in EU, including

• The new business model/new technology/new market trend insight:
• New product and roadmap planning, and Joint innovation project management.
• Represent Client in the standard group, setup the Eco-system in regional markets

Experience and Skill Requirements

• Market insight capabilities, including analysis of industry and technology trends, opportunities, new business models, key account strategies, and standard changes. Provide strategic comments to headquarter, and lead new business directions. Be familiar with the market insight methodology.
• Marketing competency, including interacts with customer experts, support some key and high level marketing activities and do technical support for the sales team.
• Expertise in power electronics, automation and energy storage. Have experience in energy industries such as photovoltaic, energy storage, Have R&D or Testing experience of related products, be familiar with products and solutions.
• Understand the development trend of the energy industry, and be familiar with the policies, market development direction, industry/standard organizations, and equipment suppliers of each country.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor or higher in engineering or science
• ~30% travel
• speak/read/write Chinese is a big plus
• Familiar with inverter, or optimizer, or microinverter, or energy storage
