EU standard expert of PV/storage/power grid/ electrical market
 Position Responsibilities:

• Organize the insight work for PV/energy storage standards, standard organizations, standard technology directions, organize the industry trend analysis, scenario pain point identification, and opportunity exploration layout.
• Plan and develop short-term, medium- and long-term standard layout, strategies for energy storage based on business models and scenarios to build core competition.
• Be responsible for the standard technology of the PV/energy storage platform and related business domains, and for the next generational technology planning, project initiation, and implementation.
• Participate in the activities of international, national, and industry policy organizations and standards organizations, standard planning, standard technology discussion and proposal, and standard review, and promote healthy industry development.

 Experience and Skill Requirements:
 Technical skills:

• Lead or mainly participate in the development of CENELEC and other standards for PV/energy storage systems, have officially participate at least two standards, and have participated in the review of at least two standards.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in the power system, energy storage, battery, PV fields.
• Have the capability of planning energy storage standard, have strong technical research and judgment capability on industry technology trends.

Expertise:

• Bachelor degree or above, majoring in power system, energy storage, battery, PV etc.
• Experience in the design, development or application of PV/energy storage systems, and knowledge of PV/energy storage systems;
• Member status of the Standards Committee, be familiar with the standard operation process.
• Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability, and be able to attend international standard conferences with English.

 
Other Requirements:

• Bachelor or higher in engineering or science
• ~30% travel
• EU passport, Germany preferred
• speak/read/write Chinese is a big plus
