Expert – Integrated System for High-Power Charging Dispenser

You will be joining a newly established energy storage lab within a world-leading technology company at their lab Nuremberg.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvements in system performance, power density, and user experience for high-power charging dispensers by leveraging shared engineering resources.
• Establish and expand prototyping capabilities for charging dispensers, including cables, connectors, structural supports, and auxiliary components, in collaboration with local suppliers.
• Oversee engineering personnel, allocate project resources, and ensure efficient execution of development activities.
• Develop and evolve technical platform capabilities to support future product and technology needs.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in charging dispenser and system solution design.
• Proven experience in mechanical and thermal design, with deep understanding of charger systems and component manufacturing.
• Solid background in mechanical engineering principles, including materials science, structural design, thermodynamics, and product development.
• Demonstrated ability in project management, leadership, and cross-functional team coordination.
• Hands-on experience in prototyping and manufacturing of mechanical and power distribution components.
