Field Application Engineer

We are looking for an FAE to support our customer base across the US West Coast, ensuring successful adoption and integration of our products while maintaining close collaboration with internal teams.

There office is based in Vancouver, WA.

Responsibilities

• Act as the go-to technical representative for customers, addressing issues and providing hands-on assistance.
• Guide clients through installation, configuration, and troubleshooting during initial deployment.
• Relay customer requirements and technical findings to engineering teams to support product improvements.
• Assist sales and technical marketing with product expertise, demonstrations, and solution proposals.
• Deliver customer training sessions and create clear, well-structured technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a similar field.
• Practical experience in embedded software development, ideally using C/C++.
• Solid understanding of microcontroller architectures (e.g., ARM, TriCore, PowerPC).
• Ability to script in at least one language, such as Python or Ruby.
• Experience with debugging tools and workflows is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Willing to travel throughout the western US, with occasional travel abroad.
