Responsibilities of the Independent Consultant            

• Build up high-level communication channels, assisting to arrange high-level meetings for key customers;
• Be able to influence auto manufacturers’ strategy and help to improve Huawei’s business environment in European auto manufacturers;
• Marketing strategy: support Huawei to define and implement the auto industry development strategy;
• Strategic projects: Explore opportunities for Huawei, identify the decision-making chain, and guide project execution;
• Ecosystem: Help Huawei to integrate into the local ecosystem in Europe;
• To improve the core competence of the team: Help Huawei to improve the core competence of the European team.

Competency and Experience Requirements of the Independent Consultant  

• Senior executive working experience in international auto manufacturers and be familiar with the overall industry, experience in joint ventures in Europe and China is preferred;
• Long-term senior management experience in international auto manufactures, board members are preferred; Be familiar with the strategies of European auto manufactures and be able to assist Huawei in adapting the business development strategies in time;
• Unique understanding and insights into the development and future trends of the auto industry in Europe and China.
