Marketing Tech (MarTech) Manager / Product Owner

We are seeking a technically skilled and strategic professional to take full ownership of the MarTech stack and drive its technical evolution. This crucial role acts as the technical bridge between the Marketing Communications (Marcomms) and IT & Transformation, ensuring business objectives are met through robust technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Ownership & Optimization: Take full responsibility for the technical configuration, integration, and continuous optimization of their MarTech tools, prioritizing seamless data connectivity and maximizing features (including advanced segmentation, personalization, and campaign tracking).
- Data Enablement: Design and manage data flows, working closely with their Senior Data & Insights Manager, utilizing expertise in API connectivity and ETL processes to provide actionable marketing insights.
- Technical Leadership: Translate marketing/business requirements into robust technical specifications, lead technically driven projects, and ensure all implementations are scalable, secure, and compliant with their standards.
- AI & Future Focus: Evaluate and implement emerging AI-driven features and automation capabilities within their MarTech stack to enhance targeting and predictive analytics.
Essential Requirements
- MarTech Platform Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience with the technical configuration and administration of Marketing Automation platforms (Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights highly desirable).
- Data Integration Proficiency: Strong understanding and practical experience with data integration, API connectivity, and ETL processes specifically for marketing use cases.
- Web Analytics Foundation: Familiarity with the technical setup and administration of major web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity).
- Technical Implementation Skills: Demonstrated ability to implement data-driven personalization and segmentation strategies.
- Strategic & Technical Leadership: Experience in building technical roadmaps and communicating complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
