You will be joining a world-leading technology company at their lab in Nuremberg.

Responsibilities

Conduct multibody simulations and develop CAD drawings.
Design, simulate, and manufacture high-speed actuators or motors.
Prototype rapidly and perform testing.
Utilize advanced measurement devices to assess the acceleration of high-speed actuators.
Collaborate with suppliers and manage the fabrication process for parts needed to assemble motors and actuators.
Identify required standards and execute tests to qualify prototypes and bring ideas to market.
Prepare technical reports, patents, and publications.
Engage in ongoing research in the field and attend relevant conferences to stay current.

Qualifications

Master’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Experience in designing and testing motors or actuators, with a strong preference for axial flux motors.
Experience in setting up tests for various actuator concepts.
Proven track record in researching, developing, and applying key technologies and devices in the field.
Strong fundamental knowledge of mechanics.
Excellent teamwork skills, a strong willingness to learn, and proficient English communication and writing abilities.
