We are currently partnered with an exciting blockchain lab enabling cutting-edge protocols in the Ethereum space actively supporting a remote-first environment. They are currently looking to expand their Sales/Business Development team with a Partnerships Manager.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute partnership strategies across Web2 and Web3 sectors.
  • Identify and engage with potential partners, including enterprises, startups, and ecosystem projects.
  • Build and nurture strong partner relationships to drive growth and adoption.
  • Lead the onboarding and expansion of our Reseller Program for Aurora Cloud.
  • Scale Affiliate Partnership channels and self-onboarding partner initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and legal teams to align on partnership goals.
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefit.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and community engagements.
  • Monitor partnership performance and ensure KPIs are met.
  • Stay informed on blockchain trends to identify new partnership opportunities.

 

Requirements

  • 4+ years in partnerships or business development, ideally in crypto or fintech.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and Web3 ecosystems.
  • Established connections in the crypto/blockchain space or local markets.
  • Proven track record of managing and monetizing partner relationships.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; presentation samples are a plus.
