Responsibilities

1. Customer Requirement Analysis & Solution Design
2. Work with the sales team to engage key regional clients, deeply understand their business needs and pain points in visual inspection.
3. Collaborate closely with the R&D team to design and deliver competitive, complete AI visual-inspection system solutions.
4. Technical Presentation & Proposal Delivery
5. Conduct technical presentations, live demonstrations, and POC tests to showcase the company’s technology strengths.
6. Clearly and professionally present solutions to both technical and management stakeholders, addressing all technical questions effectively.
7. Cross-Functional Coordination & Project Support
8. Serve as the key bridge between the local market and the mainland R&D team, ensuring efficient and accurate communication.
9. Provide strong technical support in early-stage sales activities to help convince client decision-makers and build trust.
10. Market Intelligence & Capability Building
11. Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in machine vision and industrial AI, providing insights for product and market strategy.
12. Build and document industry-specific solution cases to continuously strengthen the team’s solution capabilities.

Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Automation, Electronic Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience & Skills:

• Familiarity with the machine vision industry and basic knowledge of deep learning concepts and applications.
• Hands-on experience in designing or implementing machine-vision or industrial-AI projects; capable of independent technical evaluation and solution design.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (C#, C++, or Python) is a plus.
