What You’ll Do

• Analyze emerging trends in the energy and power sector to define long-term technology roadmaps and solution strategies.

• Drive the integration of breakthrough technologies—such as advanced energy storage, smart grid components, and flexible AC/DC systems—into future-ready power system architectures.

• Collaborate with R&D teams, academic institutions, and industry partners on joint innovation initiatives.

• Perform detailed simulations and power system studies, and provide support for real-world testing and deployments.

• Represent the company in industry consortia and technical standardization bodies, taking on leadership roles to influence the future of energy systems.

What You Bring

• In-depth knowledge of power system technologies like energy storage (BESS), flexible grid solutions (FACTS, HVDC/MVDC), and inverter-based resources.

• Proven experience in developing technologies related to renewables integration, EV infrastructure, grid-forming inverters, or virtual power plants.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify future trends, build cross-functional solutions, and turn innovation into scalable, impactful products.

• Strong technical background in power electronics and control systems for grid applications.

• Experience leading complex technical projects from concept to implementation, including stakeholder engagement at both operational and executive levels.

• Clear communicator, proactive team player, and structured problem solver with a passion for quality and innovation.

• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
