Sales / Business Development Manager
Business Development Manager – Eastern Europe / Western Europe
About Our Client
Our client is a global leader in renewable energy solutions, specializing in off-grid solar products such as solar panels, inverters, batteries, and energy storage systems. With a strong commitment to sustainability and innovation, they empower individuals, businesses, and communities to achieve energy independence. As part of their European expansion, they are seeking experienced Business Development Managers to drive growth across Eastern and Western European markets.
Position Summary
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving sales growth, building partnerships, and expanding market presence in the assigned region (Eastern or Western Europe). The ideal candidate will have proven experience in off-grid and renewable energy solutions, with established networks in relevant industries.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to expand business in Eastern/Western Europe.

Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities with distributors, dealers, OEMs, system integrators, and strategic partners.

Build and manage long-term customer relationships, ensuring alignment with off-grid energy solutions.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, operations) to deliver tailored solutions to clients.

Achieve and exceed regional sales targets and business objectives.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field (Master’s preferred).

5+ years of business development / sales experience in the renewable energy, off-grid solutions, or energy storage industries.

Strong understanding of solar/off-grid energy systems and related technologies.
-
Established network with distributors, installers, EPCs, and B2B customers in Eastern/Western Europe.

Proven track record of delivering sales growth in international markets.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a strong advantage.

Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
Location: Eastern Europe / Western Europe (remote with travel).
