Sales Manager

We are looking for a Sales Manager to strengthen and grow our customer base across the US West Coast, combining technical expertise with commercial engagement.

There is an office in Vancouver, WA but we can also consider those based in California, Texas or Arizona.

Responsibilities

• ?????Serve as a technical and commercial contact for customers, providing guidance and support.
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Create proposals, manage negotiations, and ensure timely follow-up on all sales activities.
• Prepare for and represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and trade events.
• Identify potential clients, initiate new relationships, and cultivate long-term partnerships.
• Explore and develop new business opportunities across additional industries.
• Coordinate closely with headquarters to ensure alignment on sales and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or another relevant technical discipline.
• Solid background in hardware-focused software (required).
• Experience in technical sales or customer-facing engineering roles.
• Exposure to embedded debugging tools is desirable.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Comfortable with frequent travel within the US and occasional international trips.
• Self-directed, proactive, and detail-oriented.
