SE-Customer Service Consultant-Normal
Customer Service Consultant
Contract: 6 months (strong potential to extend)
Location: Solna
Work model: Hybrid / remote by agreement
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a proactive Customer Service Consultant to join a fast-paced, operational environment. This role sits at the heart of order management and customer support, ensuring smooth delivery, rapid issue resolution, and a consistently high service experience.
What You’ll Be Doing

Own end-to-end order handling across all order types
-
Manage daily order follow-ups, including coordination with warehouse and transport partners
-
Investigate and resolve delivery errors, damaged goods, and warehouse issues
-
Proactively communicate back-order information and next steps to customers
-
Manage returns: validate invoices, align with return policies, secure approvals, and document accurately
-
Take corrective action to prevent repeat issues and improve processes
-
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
-
Partner closely with Sales to deliver best-in-class customer service
-
Share workload across the team and contribute to a strong collaborative culture
-
Meet and deliver against agreed SLAs (internal and external)
-
Maintain a positive, professional, and service-driven mindset
-
Participate in required training and ongoing development
Key Stakeholders

External customers (hospitals, private clinics, distributors)
-
Internal teams: Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Solutions, Business Support

Logistics providers and carriers

International affiliates
What You’ll Bring
Education & Languages

Minimum high school education
-
Fluent Finnish and Swedish
-
Strong English (written and spoken)
Skills & Experience

Experience working in a customer service or order management environment

Strong system skills (order management systems, supplier platforms, MS Office)
-
Highly detail-oriented, organised, and structured
-
Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset
-
Strong sense of urgency and ownership mentality
-
Confident communicator at all levels
