About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to join a renowned Robotics/AI organization in Munich. This person will play a key role in driving financial performance, partnering with leaders across departments to shape strategic and operational decisions. The ideal candidate brings a mix of strong analytical capability, business acumen, and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for designated business areas

• Partner with department heads and operations teams to provide financial guidance, improve cost efficiency, and support data-driven decisions

• Build and maintain financial models to assess investments, pricing, and business scenarios, providing insights to enhance profitability and optimize resources

• Deliver monthly performance reviews, including margin and profitability analyses, with actionable recommendations

• Manage and monitor cost budgets in cooperation with cross-functional teams, preparing forecasts and identifying potential cost risks

• Support financial evaluations for new initiatives, product launches, and market expansions

• Collaborate with accounting and FP&A teams to ensure compliance with internal and external financial standards

• Mentor and support junior finance team members, fostering growth and development

Your Profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred)

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in financial planning, business analysis, or management accounting

• Fluent in both German and English

• Solid understanding of cost management, budgeting, and pricing

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data

• Proactive and self-directed, with a collaborative mindset

• High attention to detail and precision

• Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with financial systems and modeling tools

• Experience leading or mentoring team members

• Exposure to ERP implementation projects is advantageous
