Senior Computer Vision Engineer 

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Computer Vision Engineer to join our clients advanced robotics software team. You’ll contribute to the development of a modular framework that powers robotic systems used by international clients across multiple industries. The focus is on creating scalable, reliable, and user-friendly vision solutions that drive automation and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain computer vision modules for our core robotics platform, based on C++

• Design, implement, and test algorithms for calibration, marker tracking, pose estimation, visual servoing, and feature registration

• Present and visualize technical results through intuitive interfaces, making complex vision workflows accessible for non-technical users

• Integrate and optimize drivers for RGB cameras, depth sensors, and LiDAR systems

• Lead initiatives in computer vision while collaborating across areas such as motion planning, SDK/API design, system integration, and continuous delivery

• Provide on-site technical support and occasional international travel for customer projects

Essential Skills

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in computer vision algorithm development

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in industrial software engineering

• Strong proficiency in C++ with experience in large-scale projects

• Familiarity with modern development practices, version control, and agile workflows

• Excellent communication skills in English

   

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of robotics, automation, or real-time control systems

• Exposure to data-driven or machine-learning-based vision methods

• Experience working with peripheral hardware such as grippers, AMRs, and industrial communication protocols

• Fluency in Mandarin is a plus
