Senior Director Design
I am partnered with a global semiconductor company in Bucharest, who are looking for a Senior Concept Engineer for their team.
Â
ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Lead Smart Power Design in Bucharest comprising of Digital Design and Analog Mixed Signal teams;
- Be responsible for platform-based design & innovation for 2 internal customers;
- Establish & maintain cross-functional relations to Concept Engineering, Verification;
- Represent the organization towards internal and external partners;
- Have substantial contribution in the site strategy, product and methodology roadmaps;
- Drive implementation of methods to improve development execution, quality and cost as part of the R&D KPIs.

Qualifications RequiredÂ
- Master’s degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a related field;
- 10+ years of experience as a Manager of large teams;
- Strong leadership skills, creative and strategic thinking;
- Deep understanding of design principles, methodologies, and best practices;
- Strong business acumen and ability to align design strategies with business objectives;
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills;
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal;
- Good problem-solving skills.
