Senior Regional Supply Planner

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Regional Supply Planner to oversee supply network planning across multiple product portfolios for EMEA and other international regions. This role serves as the key link between manufacturing sites and local demand teams—ensuring product availability, optimal inventory management, and alignment between supply operations and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for supply sites, ensuring efficient operations through regular demand and supply meetings.
- Manage and mitigate supply constraints, implementing both immediate corrective actions and long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Represent supply planning in cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
- Lead weekly Short-Term Exception Management (STEM) meetings with market teams to address and resolve supply issues.
- Present key challenges, forecasts, and proposed solutions to senior management while collaborating with stakeholders to drive results.
- Support the design and continuous improvement of supply planning processes, information flows, and systems in alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop and manage event-based strategies affecting the supply plan (e.g., product launches, transfers, reformulations, or discontinuations).
- Lead annual business planning activities for the assigned portfolio, ensuring alignment with raw and packaging material suppliers.
- Participate actively in S&OP/RCCP cycles and take corrective actions to balance mid- and long-term plans.
- Achieve inventory and service level targets while maintaining optimal stock across markets.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for lead time reduction initiatives and process optimization within the agility program.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Procurement, or Engineering (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in supply or demand planning, ideally within FMCG, pharmaceutical, or consumer health industries.
- Strong practical experience in SAP APO (preferred) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
