Senior RF Development Engineer – FCAS Radio Systems

Core Responsibilities

• Involve development and integration of innovative analog High-Frequency (RF) modules for high-performance, directional communication systems (Ku/K-band).
• Handle concept development, selection, and design of analog transmit and receive paths.
• Perform schematic creation, simulation, and layout of RF circuits using CAE tools.
• Conduct comprehensive verification and validation of circuit performance through measurements and tests.
• Collaborate interdisciplinary with experts from chip development, Quality Assurance, and manufacturing.

Required Qualifications

• Completed university degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on RF or Microwave Technology.
• Foundational knowledge in RF circuit technology and high-frequency system design/analysis.
• Experience with integrated circuits using CMOS, SiGe, or III-V technologies.
• Languages: Negotiation-level German and advanced English skills.
