You will be joining a world-leading technology company at their manufacturing technology centre in greater Munich.

Responsibilities

Design and develop state-of-the-art RF/mmWave packaging solutions with a focus on optimizing performance across a range of frequencies and bandwidths.
Serve as the technical liaison between research teams and product lines, driving the feasibility, design, and enhancement of RF components and modules.
Manage the entire process from design to manufacturing, overseeing everything from concept development to prototype evaluation while working closely with experts in electrical, thermal, and mechanical disciplines.
Investigate new and emerging RF/mmWave technologies, identify packaging requirements, and propose innovative solutions to address technology gaps.
Use your expertise to support international teams in defining and evaluating systems, as well as assisting with product and application engineering, including troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with European research institutes and technology suppliers to facilitate the rapid transfer of technology into products.
Explore new solutions, investigate innovative technologies, and adapt promising approaches from other industries.

Requirements

Master’s or Diploma degree in Electronics, Telecommunications Engineering, Physics, or a related field from a university or university of applied sciences.
Over 5 years of experience with RF/mmWave electronic devices.
Proven experience in the design, development, and integration of RF/mmWave components or modules.
Proficiency with 3D EM simulation tools (such as CST, HFSS) and circuit design software (such as ADS, AWR, Altium).
Willingness to collaborate and participate in cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in German and/or Chinese is an advantage.
Ability to work effectively and participate in multicultural and interdisciplinary teams.
