Are you a highly driven, technical expert ready to lead the strategy and growth for cutting-edge Solar PV and Energy Storage Solutions (ESS) in the European market? We are seeking a Solution Manager to drive market share expansion, define product strategy, and deliver maximum value to our Commercial & Industrial customers.

Responsibilities

  • Market & Business Growth: Lead a high-performing team to significantly increase market share. Drive business expansion through strategic partnerships and entry into new European markets.
  • Customer-Centric Solutions: Deeply understand customer pain points and requirements for C&I PV and ESS. Develop and pitch targeted, high-value solutions to meet their needs.
  • Sales & Revenue Generation: Identify, qualify, and successfully close sales opportunities to meet or exceed assigned revenue targets.
  • Product Strategy & Analysis: Define product planning by analyzing technical demand, required functionalities, and licensing needs. Conduct comprehensive analysis of competitor strategies and operations.
  • Technical Authority: Verify technical solutions with customers and continuously optimize them to ensure we maintain a leading-edge product portfolio.
  • Sales Enablement: Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and quotations to actively support the project bidding process.
  • Value Communication: Serve as the key communicator for the value of our PV plant solutions, leading technical exchanges, presentations, and branding activities to drive customer adoption.

Essential Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Photovoltaics/Renewable Energy, or a related technical field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Automatic Control).
  • Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on working experience in the Solar/ESS domain.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Mastery of fundamental Solar Inverter technology (e.g., MPPT, LVRT).
    • Familiarity with comprehensive PV system design (sizing, equipment selection, cable sizing, optimization).
    • Basic knowledge of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) solutions.
    • Understanding of grid-related topics such as Grid Codes and load flow analysis.
  • Professional Skills:
    • Excellent written and spoken command of German and English is mandatory.
    • Strong negotiation, presentation, and overall communication skills.
    • Proven analytical, organizational, and planning abilities with a detail-oriented focus.
  • Mobility: Must be comfortable with regular travel within the European region.
