Engineering Manager

We are currently partnered with a fast-growing Web3 infrastructure company, building programmable, intent-based blockchain solutions that enable smarter, cross-chain interactions. The team is looking to hire an experienced Engineering Manager to drive project execution, partner integrations, and cross-team coordination across multiple engineering streams.

This role is remote within Europe, with occasional cross-team or partner meetings.

Responsibilities: 

• Own delivery pipelines across multiple engineering workstreams; track progress, identify risks, and ensure milestones are met.

• Coordinate technical integrations with partners, customers, and ecosystem teams.

• Manage reliability metrics, incident communication, and postmortems; drive alignment on risk tolerance.

• Build and maintain delivery dashboards, timelines, and structured stakeholder communications.

• Introduce and maintain lightweight delivery tools, reporting frameworks, and processes to scale engineering efficiency.

• Ensure cross-team alignment between engineering, product, and external partners.

• Provide regular delivery updates to leadership and external stakeholders; escalate risks early and propose solutions.

Requirements: 

• 5+ years in technical delivery, program management, or partner integration roles.

• Experience managing technical integrations between products, platforms, or APIs.

• Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles, preferably in Web3, fintech, or cloud infrastructure.

• Solid understanding of system architecture design, including message-based and event-based programming.

• Solid understanding of blockchain technology, especially Ethereum.

• Previous coding experience in Typescript, Rust, Go, or Solidity.

• Contributions to open-source software preferred.
