Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Insight AI Agent Engineer to design, develop, and maintain systems that retrieve, analyze, and summarize both internal and external technical information. This role is essential for enabling data-driven decision-making, identifying emerging industry trends, and supporting strategic initiatives through high-quality insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement software systems capable of extracting structured and unstructured data from internal repositories (e.g., webpages, documents) and external sources (e.g., online content, research papers).

• Develop advanced multi-agent systems for complex, multi-step task execution. This includes defining agent roles, goal planning, sub-task reasoning, integrating tool usage, managing system state, retrieving and analyzing technical content, and generating accurate, high-quality outputs or reports.

• Perform additional duties as reasonably required by management. Responsibilities, tasks, and expectations may evolve over time in accordance with organizational needs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience developing AI agent systems, particularly those involving multi-agent architectures and complex multi-step workflows.

• Experience with agent development frameworks and libraries (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, LlamaIndex).

• Strong proficiency in prompt engineering and context design.

• Practical experience developing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions.

• Excellent programming skills, with a preference for Python.

• Solid software engineering experience and a proven ability to deliver production-grade AI agent solutions (e.g., intelligent assistants).

Desired Qualifications

• Experience generating technical insights in domains such as AI or ICT.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) for deploying scalable agent systems.

• Proficiency in additional programming languages is a plus.
