Technical Lead

We are currently partnered with a well funded blockchain start up working within the Ethereum space building cutting-edge infrastructure for cross-chain automation in a decentralized world with the overall goal of powering intelligent agents that interact seamlessly across blockchain networks.

The team are looking to bring on a Technical Lead to lead an expanding team of engineers in development of their proprietary network powering core infrastructure. 

Responsibilities: 

• Solver Framework Development: Architect and build algorithms, execution strategies, and infrastructure for solver competition, quote aggregation, and intent-ready execution.

• Technical Leadership: Conduct deep code/design reviews, make high-impact architectural decisions, and maintain engineering excellence.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align Solver capabilities with product, research, and ecosystem partners.

• Performance & Scalability: Ensure low-latency, high-throughput execution across chains and decentralized environments.

• Innovate Incentives & Economics: Design cryptoeconomic models and incentive structures to sustain Solver participation.

• Hands-On Engineering: Balance leadership with active coding, prototyping, and solving complex technical challenges.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in technical leadership.

• Expertise in distributed systems, high-performance networking, or large-scale infrastructure.

• Familiarity with smart contracts, on-chain execution frameworks, and cryptoeconomics.

• Proficiency in Typescript and Go; Rust experience is a plus.

• Proven ability to lead globally distributed teams.

• Experience with MEV strategies, solver networks, auction mechanisms, or cross-chain messaging.

• Exposure to AI/ML applied to optimization problems.

• Prior work in open-source or Web3-native protocols.
