System Architect

European Recruitment are currently looking for a System Architect to join one of the world’s largest Technical Solutions Manufacturing company based in Belgium (can be partially remote). A hard-working goal driven System Architect that will be conceptualizing products, providing leadership and driving the development of a wide range of technology-based products.

About you:

• Extensive prior experience in electronics design with a broad spectrum and embedded software engineering knowledge
• Experience and ability to apply advanced mathematical engineering concepts/operations such as exponents, logarithms, frequency distribution, correlation techniques etc.
• Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.

About the role:

• Guide and oversee the development of systems/products to maintain the consistency and integrity of the product architecture.
• Architect the development and implementation of platform and products in collaboration with senior technical staff.
• Help drive the development and maintain processes and methods for product and technology architecture development & documentation, system design & documentation, and requirements engineering.

This position also offers some remote work. If you would prefer to not relocate from your country you will be asked to spend 20-40% travelling and 20% on-site in Belgium. If relocation is not a problem there will be up to 25% travel.

This is a very challenging position to grow into a Senior position at a world-renowned company and will require the candidate to be willing to travel around Europe when asked, meaning there can not be any Visa sponsorship.
