We are currently partnered with an innovative SaaS platform that has undergone a period of hypergrowth and a huge jump in revenue. During the past twelve months, as they’ve expanded into new territories, they’ve embedded and ramped up a significant number of BDRs into the team. They are now looking for an experienced Sales Development Manager – this individual will be strategically minded and focused on ramping up recent hires.

Your role:

  • Onboard, interview and embed BDRs (from very little experience through to most experienced BDRs) into the team that have a strong cultural alignment and belief in the businesses’ wider vision
  • Responsible for putting into place management infrastructure regarding activity/KPIs, prospecting approach and adopting a data-driven approach
  • Adept at enabling and coaching team members, with weekly 1:1s to assess progress
  • An ability to encourage team members, celebrate successes and use learning opportunities where appropriate
  • Bring fresh ideas to the table which can make for a more efficient sales process – whether this be tech/software orientated or otherwise
  • Likely a team of 8-10 BDRs within this team

Profile:

  • At least 2+ years coaching and managing BDRs, with a proven ability to ramp them up successfully
  • You have previous full-sales lifecycle experience and are able to empathise with the highs and lows of the job
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Data-driven to inform decision making
  • A ‘go-getter’ attitude – you’re not afraid to take on new challenges head-on
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Pipedrive
