Integration Engineer – PLC / SCADA / GMP / MES

LONG TERM CONTRACT – Offering remote work with occasional travel onsite

Here you have the chance to work with one of the worlds largest pharmaceutical companies and support the roll out of digital processes being implemented.

Key responsibility for an Integration Engineer:

• Collaborate with the IT, OT & Laboratory teams as well as the wider project groups to ensure that the site is aligned with their corporate strategy for plant digitisation processes.
• Develop process flow maps to document current conditions
• Work with vendors to ensure that all automation/engineering & laboratory vendor and/ or OEM design proposals are aligned
• Determine most appropriate IT tools and systems to be utilised

Key requirements for an Integration Engineer:

• Experienced integration engineer with experience in both the healthcare and pharmaceutical
• Strong understanding of IT systems and IT networking and also have a strong knowledge of manufacturing process systems
• Experience with IT system infrastructure eg: Networking, Routing and switching, firewalls, VPN tunnels
• Strong experience with process automation platforms such as PLC / SCADA, DCS
