Senior Virtualization Engineer – Hypervisor / Linux Kernel

This role will be working as a Senior Software Engineer working on Virtualization technologies. This would be working with a market leader in Hypervisor technology offering products at the forefront of autonomous driving. Your responsibilities are focused around developing hardware related component and high-performance real time systems together onto one chip.

The ideal candidate will have these key requirements & skills:

• Vast experience in the Embedded Software, Operating Systems environment.
• Prior working experience in device virtualization for both para-virtualized devices and hardware virtualization, with understanding in VIRTIO and related standards.
• Experience with QEMU, KVM, or Xen, with Open Source contributions being a bonus!
• Strong programming languages in C/C++ and low-level programming, Python and Go are also desirable.
• Understanding of the Linux Kernel and embedded real-time operating systems.
