Computer Vision Engineer

European Recruitment are working closely with a leading tech company, based in Brussels, who are looking for experienced Computer Vision Engineer to work on the next generation of vision algorithms and applications.

In this role you will bring 3D vision expertise to contribute to the development of new computer vision libraries and provide feedback to Sensor and System design teams.

Responsibilities as Computer Vision Engineer:

• Analyse currently available computer vision algorithms and propose effective ways to reuse existing solutions for new Sensing Systems
• Share your broad knowledge of Computer Vision algorithms with the team and other members of the company
• Work with local and remote experts in IC design, System design and Computer Vision
• Occasionally travel abroad to attend conferences and meet experts

Requirements:

• Have a Masters degree in Computer science or Mathematics or similar by experience (PhD is an asset)
• Have ideally 3 to 5 years experience in Computer Vision in general
• Have C++ and/or Python programming skills
• Experience in 3D vision (AR / VR)
• Experience with Imaging or Sensing Systems is a plus
• Experience in Machine Learning is a plus
• Team spirit, good social skills and a broad interest in technology are required since you will be working in a multidisciplinary team of hardware and software engineers.
