IT Infrastructure Support Lead

This company are a global provider of A&E professional services for the life science, pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical and advanced technology sectors.

They deliver a full-service Architectural and Engineering Design, Consulting, and CQV and with a ‘client first’ ethos.

Key responsibilities for a IT Infrastructure Support Lead:

• Overall system and infrastructure availability in the USA
• System administration, including management of LAN/WAN, server infrastructure and system backups
• Monitoring business-critical processes and systems
• Storage management
• Hyper V support and administration

Key skills for a IT Infrastructure Support Lead:

• Bachelors or masters degree in IT
• 3 to 5 years experience supporting IT Infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of Hyper V and Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory
• Experience with Office 365 Administration, Powershell scripting, SCMM & Intune, VM Ware
• Working knowledge of network technologies and concepts, IT Security, and Data Protection.
