Software Architect – QNX Platform / Linux / Unix / Automotive

We are recruiting for a Software Architect for the QNX Platform with solid C++, Linux and Unix knowledge to join our client in Munich on a permanent basis

Our client is a well established automotive consultancy start-up who work on projects for some of the biggest OEM’s and Tier 1’s in the industry.

As a Software Architect, you will be heavily involved in challenging projects in cooperation with leading automotive OEMs together with a great team of passionate software engineers. You will develop software solutions for high-performance in-car hardware and electrical systems while also focusing on the platform development for safety critical systems based on QNX

Required Skills

• Completed degree in Information Technology or comparable education
• Excellent knowledge of C++ and preferably other object-oriented programming languages
• Multiple years of hands-on experience in embedded software development with UNIX operating systems as well as Linux
• Very good knowledge of data-structures, algorithms and software design
• Fluent English language skills and the willingness to make a strong commitment both to the customer and to the team
