What do you need?

• A background in commercial/industrial Lithium-ion battery manufacturing experience such as mixing, coating, extrusion, etc.
• Experience with extrusion, material mixing, material transfer, and precision coating thickness control.
• Good knowledge about slurry rheology and quality control parameters of slurry.
