IT System Engineer – Hyper V / VMWare

This exciting company are a global consulting, engineering and construction management company, serving high-tech industries around the world.

Here you will be working specifically in the pharmaceutical market on the development of production processes.

Key responsibilities for a IT System Engineer:

• Take lead in the companies IT infrastructure in heir US offices
• Work closely with teams based in Europe
• System administration, including management of LAN/WAN, server infrastructure and system backups in the USA
• Monitoring business critical systems and services
• Hyper V support and administration
• Storage management – Storage pools/LUNS
• Configuration and Installation of network infrastructure

Key skills for a IT System Engineer:

• 3+ years industry experience supporting Server and Network Infrastructures
• In depth knowledge of Hyper V and Microsoft Windows Server
• Technical understanding of network technologies
• Strong understanding of VMWare
• Working knowledge of Active Directory
• Understanding of SCCM & Intune
