Sales Lead – Business Development

Our client is a global technology company which focuses on building high-end technology solutions for various business challenges. This allows customers to adapt to changing times and enables them to make technology a core part of their business models in today’s digital times.

If successful your responsibilities include:
Act as a strategic consultant to customers thereby helping them design business solutions using expertise in AI, ML, Blockchain and IoT.
Nurture and mentor account executives and business development executives – direct reports of 3-5 people
Build a strong pipeline of large ticket size customers and ensure stable and recurring revenue.
Track and keep up to date on all prospect information in Salesforce.com
Identify& evaluate prospective needs of companies potentially evaluating AI & IoT solutions.
Mentor the BDR, AE and Marketing team at trade shows, conferences, and meetups.

Your experience will include:
Proven track record of closing institutional clients with long term contracts.
Ability to lead and manage a BDR / AE teams.
Techno savvy and technology background will be an added advantage.
You should be passionate about Selling technology with a solution-driven approach.
You should be able to independently able close deals.
You should be eager to take responsibility for a strategic business unit.
You should be open to learning about new cultures and working with diverse teams.
