Developer Community Manager – Crypto / Blockchain / Infrastructure

We are recruiting for a Developer Community Manager to work for a rapidly expanding profit-making blockchain start-up offering infrastructure as a service within the crypto space. You would be responsible for our client’s business globally and owning client feedback.

This is a fully remote working opportunity.

Key Responsibilities for this Developer Community Manager position:

Provide hands-on technical support on multiple social media platforms and provide feedback on the user’s code.
Build out and manage a community mod team on Discord and provide an exceptional customer experience.
Drive community initiatives.
Understand customer needs and meet unique challenges/goals.
Seek product feedback and track usage/performance.

Key Requirements:

Experience in strong leadership roles organizing communities.
Able to understand and troubleshoot technical issues.
Strong ability to context switch and manage multiple conversations.
Strong communication skills both internally and with external stakeholders.
Experience working with blockchain
Interest in technology, blockchain, and crypto.
