We are recruiting for a Software Engineer for Computer Vision with a least 5 years experience in Automotive Software development to join out client onsite / Hybrid in Brussels on a long term contract basis.

The initial contract will run until March 2023, but extensions on this are extremely likely.

Our client is a smaller R&D division of a globally known tech company, and is focused on research for mobile applications based around AR/VR amongst other things. As a Software Engineer for Computer Vision you will be focused on the development of the sensing software for ADAS and In-Cabin sensing domain.

Please note, you must have the right to work in Belgium to be considered for this role

Required Skills

• Master of Science degree in Computer Science.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in projects solving production grade computer vision tasks, that involves recent developments in deep learning.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Automotive Software development completing full cycle of products from concept to commercialization.
• Proven experience in neural networks, quantisation and optimisation for different embedded platforms.
• Good understanding in 3D computer vision, camera models and calibration.
• Proficient in Python and C++ programming.
• High level of interpersonal skills to work independently and effectively with others.
• High level analytical ability where problems are unusual and complex.
• Strong experience with different sensors such as cameras, LiDAR, radar etc.
