Analog Mixed Signal Verification Engineer

A fantastic opportunity for a skilled Analog Mixed Signal Verification Engineer to join a exciting AI/Semiconductor company who are focused on developing ultra-efficient neuromorphic processors for AI at the edge.

You will work as past of their VLSI design team, who are responsible for the design and realization of energy-efficient analog and mixed-signal components at the heart their brain-inspired processors.

***Option to work Onsite in Delft or Fully Remote within Europe***

Responsibilities:

• Generating, verifying and optimizing behavioural models of analog blocks dedicated to
• mixed-signal verification
• Event driven modelling of analog circuits. Model-vs-Schematic for model handoff to
• SoC Verification teams
• Planning and coordinating analog/mixed-signal verification tasks
• Performing analysis, design and verification simulations to ensure building blocks
• meet specifications
• Documenting assigned blocks, and holding design review meetings and participate in
• the reviews

Requirements:

• PhD/MSc with at least 5-10 years of relevant industrial experience
• System-level modelling and simulation of analog and mixed-signal circuits.
• Wreal/SVRNM and Event driven modelling understanding.
• Basic understanding of SystemVerilog and assertions preferred
• Scripts in languages such as Perl or Python
• Deep understanding of circuit analysis (AC, DC, noise, transient, parameter sweep,
• sensitivity), multi-parameter optimisation, component stress and reliability analysis,
• Monte Carlo analysis for yield estimation
• Familiarity with Cadence Virtuoso AMS Designer Simulator tool flow preferred but not mandatory
• Be a problem-solver, self-starter, and highly passionate about technology
