Analog Design Engineering Manager – (Milan)

An exciting career opportunity for an experienced Design Engineering Manager to join a market leader of Semiconductor Technologies, specialising in high performance power and sensing solutions.

You will support the Director of Design Engineering to motivate engineering talent, define and set deliverables, improve design process and efficiency while driving results at their site in Milan, Italy.

Required Skills

• BSEE, MSEE (preferred) with 8+ years of experience in analog/mixed signal IC design
• Solid understanding of Analog IC Design
• Strong management skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels in the organization
• Proven track record in managing Power, Analog and mixed signal IC design teams and developments using top down design flows and methodologies
• Experience with design of switching regulator circuits intended for the Automotive environment; high efficiency, high power density, Bipolar, CMOS, DMOS, Mixed Signal content
• Solid understanding of EMI mitigation design techniques, power supply application and digital design flows and verification
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results on-time while managing resources across multiple global locations
• Proven track record of driving successful projects from concept to production
• Occasional International & Domestic travel may be required
