Business Development Manager

I am looking for a BDM, with a technical background, and a customer facing attitude, to join a global semiconductor firm at their site in Milan.

This role will be within their Digital Signal Controllers (DSCs) and Microcontrollers (MCUs) unit, working with with high performance, flexible peripherals and a complete ecosystem of software and hardware tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
• Maintain existing business
• Think critically when planning to assure project success

Requirements

• BSEE or equivalent, with experience in technical marketing and business development.
• Experience in the embedded control or microcontroller market is required.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• Semiconductor business model knowledge and specifically microcontroller business is a significant advantage.
• Motor control and/or digital power application experience and/or market knowledge is an advantage.
• MBA degree with marketing or financial emphasis is an advantage.
• Customer account management experience.
