Business Development Manager for Europe – Global Semiconductor Company / MCU / Microcontrollers

I’m currently on the lookout for a Business Development Manager for Europe, working for a global powerhouse in semiconductor, mixed signal, microcontroller and Flash IP ICs.

They have global teams of over 20,000 people are dedicated to improving lives through technological advancements.

In this role, you will be driving business development, working with factory and field teams to develop customer program business proposals with a focus on target end equipment and the key customers in order to drive maximum growth.

Salary will be €65,000 – €80,000 base, depending on experience level + 2 x bonus programs + equity (RSU’s) + contractual benefits. There may be slight flexibility here but very much depends on your experience.

The role is a permanent, full time position based in Milan, with 2 days per week home working.

For this European Business Development Manager position, I’m interested in speaking to people with the following:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering / Microelectronics or similar
• 5+ years experience in sales/business development working for similar companies
• A technical understanding of MCU (Microcontrollers), could be technical marketing or engineering or just gained from business development and selling these products
