Business Process Analyst – Identity / Access Management / SailPoint

I’m currently on the lookout for an experienced Business Process Analyst for a leading company who operate within the semiconductor industries.

You will be working for a leading company that has over 40,000 employees across over 60 locations globally.

In brief, in this role you will be turning concepts into processes. You will be migrating from Aveska to SailPoint as well as onboarding new applications. You will take non-functional and functional requirements for Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes and turn these into business processes. You will also work on the migration strategy, contributing to the roadmap and indentifying improvements with business stakeholders and IT architects. Sailpoint is not required but it would be useful if you’ve worked with this.

This is a contract role, minimum until 31st December 2024, however, it’s highly likely it will be extended for another year.

The position is full-time and based 2 x a week on site near Eindhoven and the rest at home. Office days must be Tuesday and Thursday.

You will be paid an hourly rate based on your experience level, anywhere between €45-€95/hour. Years of experience and overall experience level will affect this.

For this Business Process Analyst – Identity / Access Management / SailPoint position, I’m interested in speaking to people with the following:

– Around 5+ years minimum in identity and access management

– Knowledge of identity governance and admin processes

– Experience with SailPoint Identity IQ is a bonus but not 100% required

– Experience with migration projects from one IGA solution to others

– Must be able to turn concepts into business processes
